customer care

There is a deposit required to book an appointment. We know that things happen and may require you to may have to re-book. We offer a one-time re-booking free of charge if done within 48hrs of your scheduled appointment. In the case that you are past the 48hrs, you will lose your deposit paid. All deposits go toward service. Please see each stylist's cancellation, late fees, etc as it varies with every stylist.

 

All wig and bundle sales are final. We do not do refunds.​

We strive to ensure the public health, welfare, and safety through cleaning and disinfecting all materials used that has been enforced through the cosmetology laws and rules by the regulation of Arizona State Board of Cosmetology.
